Overview

All items at Heraldic Names are made to order. Prior to confirming an order, we go through a qualification process with you to determine that firstly, the Coat of Arms exists. We also engage our research team to locate additional information wherever possible.

As this process is both time consuming and offered as part of our whole service, we do not give refunds once we pass the threshold of confirming the order. Each item is made to order, and made just for you.

We provide as much information as possible about the item and photographs of what to expect

Refunds

Please choose carefully as we only offer refunds in certain circumstances. This would include an order being placed on the website, and no information is accessible for that Name or Coat of Arms. If we can’t find it and provide it, we refund it.

Our items are made to order, and we do not refund if you change your mind.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately so that we can organise a repair or replacement.

Exchanges

We only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will need to speak with the person who had the high value item carefully selected and made for you. It is not our responsibility to exchange a gift that you don’t appreciate.

Shipping returns

To return your product if it arrives damaged, you must mail your product to: 32 Tannlark St Aspley.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless discussed otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired or replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
